I'm 55, skin has gone to crap, excess skin by jawline. I did this on day 1 for 10 minutes each side of face; next day 15 minutes each side of face; next day 10 minutes each side. (yes, 3 days in a row). OMG. Jawline all firmed up. I don't feel like a total hag now. I went right to level 3 also (for the power). If you're new to RF, you may want to go slower. And be careful with this....I got distracted by a text and stopped moving the wand and almost burnt my cheek...it got very very hot when I let it sit still. You must keep the wand moving. I try to keep a pattern and I'm mixing it up too. I stay away from my throat (thyroid)....however, I do go over just a teensy bit of my throat just below my jawline. I've gone to a salon and paid $150+ for a 40 minute session (the tech used tons of goop and she kept that wand moving the whole time). So I'm using tons of goop also (the applicator you put on your face prior to use, pretty sure you use it to prevent burning yourself), and then I use the little plastic scooper to help clear it off the skin. I'm super happy with this product and with the results I've already seen. I don't plan on using this daily (I was just impatient so I did it daily for 3 days). Now I've reached a point where I'm (very) happy and will just maybe do it two times a week, or once a week, depending on my skin needs. Who knows? My skin may look like crap tomorrow and I'll have to do it again. But when I would do this at the salon, the tightening effect would last about a week...so it was great right before a party or a wedding. But I love it so far and I'll update this review based on my continued use. It was pricey, and it's definitely a bit of work, but SO worth it. (I also use Estee Lauder products/serums and retinol)
